The Job & Hours
From our office in Centro Plaza, Nueva Andalucia, we run the customer service department for a busy UK online jewellery retailer.
We need help over the busy Christmas period – answering emails, telephones and talking to customers via Livechat.
Start date – Monday 29th October 2018
The hours are 10am – 6pm Monday – Friday,
You will also be required to work on 5 Sundays from the end of November until Christmas.
What we require
Someone who enjoys dealing with the public and solving issues and problems as they arise.
You must have a confident telephone manner and be able to write clear and concise customer focused emails.
English as your mother tongue.
Someone with (preferably retail) customer service experience
Living no more than 20 minutes from Nueva Andalucia
Excellent computer skills
Reliable and able to work on own initiative.
Able to adapt and fit in easily with a small team of people.
