Due to expansion we are looking for another sales person, this is a great opportunity in a central, easy to get to location.
Working for an award winning online retailer your job will be to turn email, telephone, livechat, whatsapp, facebook and Instagram enquiries into orders.
In essence this is like working in a shop but in an environment where you never meet the customers face to face.
We are looking for someone who can make a real difference to the amount we sell with a focused, and disciplined way of working.
This is hectic and fast paced environment, especially over the busy Christmas period.
What You Must Have
A desire to make customers feel special and an ability to overcome objections and build relationships.
You must have English as a mother tongue, be computer literate and have an ability to close sales and to be hungry for success.
A working knowledge of Gmail, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp and Livechat would be an advantage.
Experience with Hubspot would be useful.
Previous sales or shop experience would be great but is not essential.
Location & Hours
Centro Plaza – Nueva Andalucia
Monday – 9am – 6pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 10am – 6pm
Friday – 10am – 5pm
Spanish Contract on offer
Holiday – 4 weeks and 3 days per year – plus UK bank holidays
