3* Hotel Don Curro
Hotel Don Curro is situated in the heart of Malaga adjacent to Larios Street which is the main commercial area of city, just round the corner from the Cathedral.
This hotel is also just a few minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, Roman Theatre, Moorish Alcazaba, 1km from the railway station (Renfe), 400 metres from the harbour and 10km from Malaga Airport. the beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
The inside of the Don Curro is very traditional with a small but very cosy and welcoming lobby furnished with dark wood. The lobby leads to a lounge and a bar..
The hotel has 110 medium size rooms spread over 9 floors. All come well equipped with air conditioning, internet connection, mini bar, satellite television and ensuite bathroom (some with hairdryer).
There is a restaurant which serves a buffet breakfast and lunch.

3* Las Vegas Hotel Malaga
The Hotel Las Vegas is located in the area of Malaga know as La Malagueta an El Limonar which is one of the most elegant areas in the city.
It overlooks the beach and is about 800m from the bull ring. The Picasso Museum and city centre are about a 10-12 minute walk away. There is a public bus stop next to the hotel for easy access to all parts of the city. The hotel has 22 free parking spaces.
It is just 12km from Malaga Airport which is about 15 minutes in a taxi.
The six storey Las Vegas Hotel has three lifts accessing 107 air conditioned rooms – 6 suites; 12 triple rooms; 12 double beds room and 77 twin rooms with 2 single beds in each.
The rooms are air bright and roomy with an outside balcony, bathroom with hair dryer, direct dial telephone, 22" flat screen digital/satellite TV and safety deposit box. Internet connection is available for a small charge. 23 rooms have mountain view and 84 rooms have garden and either full or side sea view.
Hotel amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, bar/cafe, restaurant with sea views, TV lounge and meeting/function room.

4* Cortijo La Reina Malaga
The luxurious Hotel Cortijo la Reina stands in a garden full of very old trees which forms part of a 411.72 Km2 plot , located near the Montes de Malaga Natural Park.
It is 800m up in the hills offer spectacular views of the sea and valley.
The villages of Colmenar, Archidona, Casabermeja are close to the hotel and there are a number of golf course in the region.
The land has several nature trails where you will see olive, pine and almond trees and holm oaks as well as 27 varieties of fruit trees including orange, grapefruit, kiwi and avocado. Local bird life includes sparrows, chaffinches, woodpeckers, goldfinches, eagles and sparrow hawks.
The Cortijo La Reina Hotel has two buildings housing 10 double-rooms with bathroom and a suite with jacuzzi on the top floor of the main building. 2 bedrooms with bathroom and flat terrace in one of the outbuildings. Some of the bedrooms are equipped with a fireplace or a salamander stove, air conditioning/heating, television, telephone, minibar, safety box and bathroom.

The Larios is an established boutique hotel centrally located in the main historical, commercial and cultural area of Málaga city. Just minutes from the Larios main shopping area, Picasso Museum and other city landmarks like the Cathedral and Gibralfaro Castle.
It is just 12kms from Malaga Airport which is about 15 minutes in a taxi
The façade, that dates back to the XIX century, contrasting with the modern interior design inspired in the Art Deco.
The hotel has 40 luxurious bedrooms (including 6 junior suites) with LCD TV and WIFI access.
We really like this hotel although we haven't stayed there but have popped in for a drink at the bar.
