When you land at Malaga Airport and need to get a bus or taxi to your onward destination then you will find the stops and rank on the forecourt of the arrivals hall of Terminal 3.

You can catch buses here into Malaga City Centre bus terminus which is about a 20 minute journey (depending on traffic) with a number of stops.  Or there is an express non-stop coach service into Marbella bus station which is situated outside the town centre.  The journey time is about 40 minutes and you can get connections from here to other resorts along the Costa del Sol including Fuengirola, Mijas, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona plus some inland destinations including Ronda, Mijas and Granada.

The bus station in Malaga is directly opposite the Maria Zambrano Railway Station (accessed by train from Malaga Airport).  From here you can get buses to destinations which are much further afield including Almeria, Seville, Alhaurin el Grande and Tarifa.

The A1 is the principal road linking to the dual carriageway A696 which leads directly to Newcastle International Airport.

The airport serves Northumberland, Tyneside and Wearside, competing with the smaller Durham Tees Valley Airport for passengers travelling from and to County Durham and Teesside. Newcastle is the third largest airport in the North of England after Manchester and Liverpool.

Tyne and Wear Metro is a light rail system with 60 stations serving Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, North Tyneside and South Tyneside

There is a direct metro link from the Newcastle Airport to Newcastle Central Station with a journey time of less than 30 minutes. There are trains every 12 minutes from approximately 05:44 (Sundays 06:27) to 23:58

If you are travelling to Sunderland the journey takes around 55 with trains every 12 minutes (evenings and Sundays every 15 minutes) from approximately 05:44 to 22:57.
