Malaga Flights From Liverpool
The budget airines easyJet and Ryanair operate direct flights from Liverpool John Lennon Airport to Malaga in Southern Spain. The flying time is just under three hours with all times quoted being local, so bear in mind that Spain is one hour ahead of the UK throughout the year.
Whether you are travelling through a UK or Spanish Airport during the busy summer months the security control area can sometimes be chaotic with passengers being hurried through. I have seen travellers almost throw their personal items (including mobile phones, loose change, keys and wallets) into a tray which they collect (and often do not check) when it has passed through the scanner.
This is the time when a number of travellers lose items and do not realise they are missing until they get on the plane or arrive home. The conveyor belt in the scanner gets overloaded with passengers trying to put too many trays on it and some of the containers get overturned. Always check that all your items have come through on the tray and are securely put away before you leave the security area.
If you try and locate missing items once you are home you will have to get involved with contacting lost property offices which are notoriously hard to get hold of or obtain an answer from as they inundated with calls and requests over the summer months.
