Making your Reservation
| Booking your Seats | For a small charge you can book your seats online, including extra leg room seats. Otherwise Jet2.com seats are allocated at check-in, on a first come - first served basis. |
| Booking Fees | All bookings and changes made using a credit card are subject to a processing fee of £4.99/€7.00 per person except for Solo and Visa Electron which are free. For bookings made using PayPal the booking fee is £3.49/ €5.00. Payments made by credit card or PayPal incur an additional fee of 2.25% or 1.5% respectively |
| Passengers with Special Needs | If you have any mobility problems or special needs you should contact the Jet2.com Call Centre on +44 (0)203 031 8103 before booking both inbound and outbound flights. |
| Flying with animals | Jet2.com has the facility to carry domestic pets and other small animals in the hold of their aircraft. Domestic animals must be part of the DEFRA Pet Passport scheme. Animals may be carried outbound from any of their UK bases but may only be brought back into Manchester as it is their only base with approved inbound receiving facilities. | Travel Insurance | Jet2.com UK customers can purchase travel insurance at the time of booking online through Acumus Insurance Services. |
Changing Your Booking
| Name Change | Name changes can only be made through the Jet2.com Call Centre or Sales Desks. The cost to make a name or date change is £27.50/€36 per person per one-way flight. |
| Flight Change | You can change the date or time of your booking online up to 5 hours before the scheduled departure date. The cost to make a name or date change is £27.50/€36 per person per one-way flight. In addition any increase in the fare, taxes, fees and charges originally paid will be charged. If the fare has decreased no refund will be paid. |
All About Baggage
| Hold Baggage | The baggage allowance with Jet2.com is 22kgs for each traveller (excluding infants) (providing the relevant per bag charge has been paid). When paying for additional bag(s) per person, the allowance increases to 30kgs. No single bag should weigh more than 25kgs. If you have not pre-booked all your hold baggage prior to arrival at the airport, a fee of £25/€33 will be charged at check-in |
| Hand/Cabin Baggage | You are permitted one small piece of hand baggage of not more than 10kg and dimensions not in excess of 56x45x25cm, including wheels and handles. Any piece of baggage that does not meet these requirements will need to be checked in as hold baggage and the relevant fee will be charged by Jet2.com. |
| Excess Baggage | Subject to availability you may check-in excess baggage, which will be subject to an additional charge of £10 / €14 per kg and the charge is payable at the departure airport. No single item of baggage may weigh more than 25kg, with the exception of certain items of sporting equipment which may weigh up to 32kg. |
| Children's Equipment | A pram/buggy will be carried free of charge with Jet2.com |

At the Airport
| Online check in | If you have selected to check-in online during the booking process (available from 28 days up to 5 hours prior to your departure), print off your boarding pass, and proceed to the Bag Drop check-in area. If you forget to check-in on line prior to your departure, are unable to print your boarding card or lose your boarding card prior to arrival at check in you will be charged an administration fee of £17.50/€23 If you are travelling with an infant you will have to check-in at the airport to ensure that they are allocated an appropriate seat. On-line check-in will not be available but no extra charge will be applied for checking in at the airport. |
| Airport check in | If you have selected to check-in at the airport during your booking process, go directly to the Jet2.com check-in area assigned to your flight number. |
| Fast Bag Drop | Available. Bag Drop check-in area closes 40 minutes prior to departure. |
During Your Flight
| On Board Meals/Snacks | On most flights Jet2.com offer you a choice of hot or cold drinks as well as a selection of snacks including sandwiches and confectionery. If you have a return booking and wish to purchase an in-flight meal this must be purchased for both of your flights. The types of menu you will be offered are: early morning flights -muffin, hot cooked breakfast and a yoghurt together with bread roll, butter and preserve. For later flights the meals consist of a salad starter, hot main course (such as chicken, green beans and roast potatoes or Braised Beef in rich gravy, Yorkshire Pudding, potato wedges and vegetables), dessert, bread roll and butter, cheese and crackers and chocolate. There is a choice of complimentary hot drinks to accompany your meal. |
| Use of laptop. MP3 player, etc | Portable games, laptops and stereos can be used during the flight but not during take off and landing. Mobile phones must be turned off before boarding and not switched on until well inside the airport terminal building. |
