Making your Reservation
| Booking your Seats | Thomas Cook have a new reservation service called 'Your seat, Your choice', which means you can choose exactly where you want to sit on the aircraft - from just £15.00 return. This can only be done within 2 months of your first departing flight. |
| Booking Fees | There is a charge of £2.50 per person which is paid to the Civil Aviation Authority to provide ATOL protection to you. This means the money you have paid for these arrangements is fully protected. Please ensure you retain a copy of your booking receipt and confirmation invoice. The £2.50 charge is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. |
| Passengers with Special Needs | If you have any mobility problems or special needs you should contact Flythomascook before you make a reservation or at least 48 hours prior to travel so that the necessary arrangements can be made. | Flying with animals | Flythomascook charter does not offer the facility to transport pets. |

Changing Your Booking
| Name Change | Change of passenger name – can be done online up to 96 hours before take off but it is chargeable. As per the terms and conditions the charges are as follows:£20/€23 per flight, per passenger. |
| Flight Change | You can save change your flight details online up to 5 working days before your departure date. The charges are £20 per flight , per passenger plus any increase in cost. |
All About Baggage
| Hold Baggage | No hold baggage is included for flight only bookings. You can pre-book 20 Kgs of baggage online at an additional cost of between £10.00 / €12.00 per person per flight. |
| Hand/Cabin Baggage | Bookings for all destinations with Flythomascook Charter include a free allowance of 5 Kgs (11lbs) per passenger. This cannot be combined together with other passengers or with any hold baggage. Each person is allowed 1 item only. The size of the item cannot exceed 43 cm x 28 cm x 23 cm (17 x 11 x 9 inches) |
| Excess Baggage | If you have already purchased the standard 20 Kgs allowance any extra weight allowance you require is then classed as excess baggage. You are able to pre-book excess baggage with Thomas Cook online. The charges to add an extra 5 kilos costs £35.00 per person per flight and an extra 10 kilos costs £70.00 per person per flight |
| Children's Equipment | If you are travelling with an infant without a seat are provided with 10 Kgs of hold baggage. You are also able to take a pushchair/buggy or a car seat free of charge. An infant does NOT have a hand baggage allowance. If a travel cot is required this will charged at the above excess baggage rates. If a child is travelling on a booking that is over the age of 2 years they are able to take a pushchair/buggy with them. This will be counted as part of the baggage allowance on the booking. If the pushchair/buggy is being taken as extra to the allowance on the booking excess baggage charges will apply. |
| Sports Equipment | If you wish to take sporting equipment with you this has to be added separately and CANNOT be used in combination with the normal baggage allowance. All sporting equipment has to be added more than 3 working days before your first departing flight. |

During Your Flight
| On Board Meals/Snacks | The cost of your flight does not include an in flight meal. This can be added during the booking or by telephoning 0871 230 2406 (calls to this number are charged at 10 pence per minute). The costs are : Adults - from £6.50/€ 7.50 Children - from £4.00/€ 5.00 |
| Use of laptop. MP3 player, etc | Portable games, laptops and stereos can be used during the flight but not during take off and landing. Mobile phones must be turned off before boarding and not switched on until well inside the airport terminal building. |
