Flights from Cork to Malaga

Malaga Flights From Cork

flightsThere are two airlines which fly from Cork in Ireland to Malaga. They are AerLingus and Ryanair and both offer a flying time of just over three hours. Bear in mind that Spain is one hour ahead of the UK so if you are looking at airline timetables and it seems as though the flight is four hours long this is because the times quoted for arrivals and departures are local.

If you want to save time and get to your final destination as quickly as possible when you arrive in Spain then obviously queuing for buses or waiting at a taxi rank is not the best option for you.

I find the most hassle free way of getting from the airport to your holiday accommodation is to book a private transfer.  This is when you get an online quote and pre-book the driver and vehicle (paying by credit card in advance), so that you will be met at a pre-arranged point by the driver who will escort you to a waiting vehicle.  At the time of booking you are asked for your flights details, so do not worry if you are delayed as the company will be aware of this and reschedule your vehicle pick up time accordingly.

This is also a good method of transport if you are travelling in a large party or carrying sports equipment (golf clubs for example).  Normal size Spanish taxis are only licensed to carry a maximum of 4 passengers (including children) whereas private transfer companies can supply larger vehicles and coaches which can accommodate up to 50 passengers.
