Childrens Play Area

There is a small childrens play area in Terminal 2, 1st Floor Boarding Area.

Church Services

There is a Multi-denominational Oratorio/Chapel in Terminal 3 on the ground floor which is open every day from 6 am to 10.30 pm.

Complaints

If you have any complaints we advise you to take them up as soon as you can and directly at the airport if this is possible.  You can either call the Airport Direct on 0034 902 404 704 or email administracionelectronica@aena.es.  We advise keeping the wording as short and as clear as possible.

Currency Exchange

There are 3 Currency Exchange Points in Malaga Airport.  Terminal 2 Tel:  0034 952 067 764, open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 10 pm.  Saturdays & Sundays 9 am to midnight.    Terminal 3 Arrivals Hall Area  Telephone 0034 952 239 981 Monday to Friday 8 am to 10 pm, weekends 8.30 am to 10.30 pm.  Terminal 3 Boarding Area 0034 952 238 274 Monday to Friday 6.30 am to 10 pm, weekends 7 am to midnight.

There are also ATMs,  Euronet, Unicaja & Banca March at the airport. Euronet has points in Terminal 3 Baggage Reclaim Area and Terminal 3 Check-in Area.   Unicaja has 2  ATM´s, Terminal 3 Check-in Area and Terminal 3 Boarding Area.  Banca March have ATMs in T3 Floor 0 (arrivals hall) & Floor 1 (check-in area). Fast Track Security Malaga

There is Fast Track Security at Malaga Airport now which is great news.  The only thing is that it isn´t Fast Track as many of you may know it, where you can pay to skip the queue.  This Fast Track is only for certain passengers flying specific airlines and who hold a Business Class Card or similar.  All details on Fast Track.

Internet & Wi-Fi

The internet and WiFi service offers broadband connection through laptops, phones or PDAs. It is provided by Telefónica de España and offers a free service for an unlimited time. Web:http://www.kubiwireless.com/ Email: ayuda@kubiwireless.com

Lost Luggage

If you are unlucky enough to lose your baggage then the Lost Luggage Office of the handling companies (Iberia, Flightcare, Clever, Newco-Spanair, Air Europa and Easy Jet) are located in the baggage reclaim area.

Left Luggage Malaga

There is now a left luggage service at Malaga Airport whereby you can leave your cases there and also print tickets out at Lockmate Luggage on the ground floor of Terminal 3 in the public area.  Read more about Malaga Left Luggage here.

Lost Property Malaga Airport

If you have lost anything at Malaga Airport the lost property office is located on the first floor of Terminal 3,  just to the right of security.

Luggage Wrapping Service

There are 3 points where you can get your luggage wrapped, 2 in Terminal 3 Check-in Area and 1 in Terminal 2 Check-in Area. Price is around 10€ per bag.

Malaga Airport Museum

The Airport Museum is well worth a visit if you have some time spare before your flight.  As you drive towards the airport, the Museum is located just before the main airport. It is well signposted.    It´s open Tuesday’s to Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm and Tuesday afternoons 5 pm till 8 pm.  It really is very interesting to see and you just need to give a donation. Medical Facilities at Malaga Airport

Malaga Airport has 12 Cardiac Rescue Points and there is also a Medical Centre on Floor 0 in Terminal 3 Arrivals Hall.  The pharmacy is in the public zone on the first floor and is open from 8 am to 10 pm.  After security, there are ParaFarmacia Vending Machines selling numerous first aid items.

Nursing Room at Malaga Airport

There is a nursing room in Terminal 2, First Floor Boarding Area.

Passengers with Reduced Mobility

There are information desks and meeting points in Terminal 3 in all the different zones. They are easy to spot as they are bright yellow and signposted “Sin Barreras”.   Assistance may be requested at these points by pressing the button on the panel. Post Office Malaga Airport

There is no longer a Post Office at Malaga Airport although there are post boxes.  Whilst you can use these, some people have mentioned that their post has taken a long time to be received and some say it never even arrived. If you can find a post office on the Coast, it´s advisable to post there.

Police Malaga Airport

Guardia Civil is located in Terminal 3, 1st floor at the Check-in Area. Telephone Number 0034 952 247 432 or 062.  The National Police are in Terminal 1. Floor 0 of the Arrivals Hall Phone number is  0034 952 231 620.  There are police visual inside and outside of the airport.  If you have any problems do speak to them.

VIP Lounges Malaga Airport

Malaga Airport has one VIP Lounge in Terminal 3 on the second floor located in the Departures zone on the floor above the shopping area.  As you pass through the big Duty-Free after Security, turn right and its just up the stairs.  There is free WiFi available. Tax Refund

Non-community citizens can obtain reimbursement of taxes paid at the VAT refund tax office in Terminal 3 just to the right of the security checkpoint.  Opening hours Monday to Friday, 6.30 am to 10 pm and weekends 7am to midnight.
