Malaga Airport Information
Listed below are the main passenger services which are currently available at Malaga Airport including banking and currency exchange, lost and found, luggage facilities, VIP lounges and meeting rooms, tourist information, first aid facilities and details on the chapel.
Non-community citizens can obtain reimbursement of taxes paid at the VAT refund tax office in Terminal 3 T3 departures on the first floor next to the security checkpoint.
Church Services
There is a Multi-denominational Oratorio in Terminal 3 on the ground floor which is open every day from 06:00 to 22:30. Mass is held every Sunday at 10:30.
Currency Exchange
You can exchange currency at Malaga Airport at Airport Change. They have desks situated in Terminal 3 on the ground floor and first floor in the passenger only zone. Opening hours 08:00-23:00
Internet & Wi-Fi at Malaga airport
The internet and WiFi servece at Malaga Airport offers broadband connection through laptops, phones or PDAs. Itis provided by Telefónica de España and you can find out mor about the charges on Telefónica's website www.telefonicaonline.com/zonawifi. There is a wide choice of payment methods adapted to the different needs of passengers.
Left & Lost Luggage at Malaga Airport
There are no left luggage facilities
at Malaga Airport.
If you are unlucky enough to lose your baggage then the lost luggage office of the handling companies (Iberia, Flightcare, Clever, Newco-Spanair, Air Europa and Easy Jet) are located in the baggage reclaim area in T-3.
Lost Property at Malaga Airport
If you have lost anything at Malaga Airport then you can check it if has been handed in at the lost property office located on the first floor check in of Terminal 3 behind desks 363-386. (+34 952 048 837). email: objetosperdidosagp@aena.es
For objects left on the aircraft or lost luggage please contact your airline's office in the departures lounge.
Medical Facilities at Malaga Airport
The pharmacy is in the public zone on the first floor and is open from 08:00-22:00
If you need medical assistance go to the Medical Centre on the ground floor of Terminal 3.
Passengers with Reduced Mobility
There are information desks and meeting points in Terminal 3 in all the different zones. They are easy to spot as they are bright yellow and signposted “sin barreras”. Assistance may be requested at these points by pressing the button on the panel.

VIP Lounges
Malaga Airport has one VIP Lounge in Terminal 3 on the second floor located in the Departures zone on the floor above the shopping area. For more information telephone 0034 952 048 823.
The lounges in terminal 2 are currently closed while the building is undergoing refurbishment.
